We decided to move to a more accessible home with ‘aging in place’ in mind and were looking for a realtor who understands the current market, especially what’s going on locally. Rob kept in touch with us via regular video update messages, and was available by phone, text, or email when needed. Electronic signatures enabled us to conduct the required transactions from afar and everything worked like clockwork. My advice to potential buyers or sellers is to relax, trust the process, let the pros do what they do best, and above all else have a little patience; the end result will be worth it!
